ABOUT OUR FREE DELIVERY SERVICE

Free ground level delivery service is for a limited time only within Orange County, there is a specific fee for delivery for cities outside of orange county and floor levels (such as 2nd or 3rd floors). Please advise of the floor level delivery for the specific fee. Please ask for details and we will provide you a specific quote.

DELIVERY SCHEDULING & RESCHEDULING POLICY:

You must schedule and be home (or a designated adult) for the delivery. We will call, text and/or email (at your preference) to remind you of your delivery the day before and the day of the delivery. If you are not home, you will be charged a $120 non refundable delivery fee. You can reschedule your delivery provided you do so by calling us at (714) 540-4444 at least 24 hours before your delivery date and time.

DELIVERY HOURS:

Delivery Days & Times: Free Delivery Days are Mon, Wed or Sat between 9:00 a.m. & 4:00 p.m. (if you require delivery outside of our free delivery days and time window delivery fees apply please ask for details)

ABOUT OUR DELIVERY TIMES:

For delivery we require a window availability from 9am-4pm for arrival time due to traffic conditions or other delays. An adult of at least 18 years of age must be present to allow for entry to the premises and authorized by the purchaser to sign for product acceptance and approval of installation.

If you need to reschedule you must call us at least 24 hours in advance. We will email a cancel/reschedule confirmation. Leaving a voice mail message or sending an email without our confirmation does not constitute a delivery reschedule/cancellation.
Delivery Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE - this non-refund policy includes but not limited to: you or an adult is not home for a scheduled delivery.

HAUL AWAY:

We will haul away your existing appliance on delivery for free provided it is disconnected and curb side(outside ground level) If it is still connected at the time of haul away, we will charge $35 to disconnect the appliance and haul it away. If you purchase Haul Away, we will remove and recycle your old appliance at the time we deliver your purchased item(s). Please remove all items from the appliance to be hauled away prior to our arrival. (Once appliance(s) are removed from home they are discarded and cannot be returned) (We will not remove or haul away appliances that are pest infested No Exceptions).

ABOUT OUR INSTALLATION SERVICE:

We only install the appliances we sell at the delivery location, the connection hardware (required for install) is sold separetly and must be purchased from The Appliance Depot. We only use The Appliance Depot installation kit which is new connection hardware nominally priced. Please provide a clear path at the premises for safe delivery and installation of your appliance(s). Installation Fees vary and are based on the type of appliance(s) (Installation Fees are Non Refundable) (we reserve the right to refuse installation if requirements are not met) For the List of Appliance Installation Services Please contact The Appliance Depot.

APPLIANCES WITH WATER & GAS CONNECTIONS:

There must be an existing and working water & gas connection present and accessible within 3 feet of where the appliance is to be installed. The connection must be corrosion free and in working condition also have a dedicated shut-off valve on the same floor. (we do not do alterations or plumbing repairs, (we reserve the right to refuse installation if requirements are not met) Installation kit is sold seperately and required to be purchased from our store. Please contact your Appliance Depot sales consultant for any questions.

NEW IN BOX APPLIANCES:

Automatically come with 1 Year Manufacture Warranty (buyer is responsible to register the warranty with manufacture, The Appliance Depot will not be held liable for a warranty on New Appliances).

SCRATCH & DENT APPLIANCES:

Buyer must register appliance(s) with the manufacture for warranty, if the manufacture warranty is available please contact the manufacture if any service(s) are needed. If it's not available, the buyer must contact The Appliance Depot within 3 days from the day of purchase to apply our in-store 90 Day Limited Warranty. If The Appliance Depot is not notified within 3 days no warranty or service will be honored no exceptions.

USED & REFURBISHED APPLIANCES:

All used & refurbished appliances come with a 90 Day Limited Warranty. An extended 9 Month Limited Warranty is available only on the day of purchase for $99 per appliance (to complete 1 Full Year Warranty) (Microwaves & Dishwashers are sold as-is with no warranty).

Breaks a lot

The day we brought it home weve had issue after issue. The main panel keeps have Circuit problems and will stop working. Ive had LG come out 3 times already to replace the panel and now Im having them again come out and fix it. Its really frustrating because its not even a year old and its been fixed 3 times already and Im worried after my year warranty is up it will continue to break and Ill have to pay money to fix it. Plus it sucks at cooking pizza. Not a good oven at all

Very sad

I have loved this product for 14 months but am now very sad. The broiler has died snd the even doesnt work properly. Ive been trying to work with LG for weeks to arrange repair. Ive also been trying to find an authorized service rep in my city Tucson AZ - a big city with no luck. I greatly regret not buying the extended warranty but who would imagine that a product would crash so quickly.

We purchased our range along with a dishwasher refrigerator and microwave 2 1/2 years ago. Just recently our broiler stopped working. Very disappointed this happened in less then a 3 year time period. It took us two days to get in contact with a LG rep to discuss and set up a repair service call. Finally after bouncing around we were told no one tech was available and to call an authorized service center for follow up.

I bought this about 2 years ago and broil is not work although I had a warranty coverage no one has been out to resolve this issue. Another problem for this oven is that if you are using the larger burner with the high heat the 2nd and 3rd burner do not produce enough heat to cook 2 -3 pots at a time.

Great oven beware of glass top

This is a very mixed review. We love the stove top and the oven. Cleaning it is awesome and one of my favorite features. However Im not sure to glass top is as good as our old stove. A pan hit the glass and it cracked the top. Its a small crack but a crack nonetheless. I have a glass top stove in my year round house thats 14 years old used daily and nothing has ever cracked on the glass. Although this new LG is still under warranty plus I have a service policy from HD on it this was an out of pocket repair. I was extremely disappointed in that. If you buy this product just beware that there may be a problem with the glass top. Other than that I love the product.

I bought this range 12/2019 it was unfortunately the worst appliance Ive ever bought. The glass top is impossible to keep clean and the oven is blue so shows everything which isnt bad thing if it could be cleaned. I tried the easy clean which is a joke it doesnt remove the grease in oven. Im use to self cleaning ovens I told husband we cant cook anything ever in this oven that will splatter grease. Today I wait for repair man only one year and one month afte4 purchase. The range is completely dead nothing. All I was doing was heating oven to cook. My husband checked outlet so its not the outlet. Ive had nothing but troubles cleaning so I cannot recommend this range. I wish I could just of returned it.

Worse Ever

First thing I want to say the customer service is awful it took months for my delivery. Second the flat top is extremely hard to clean it has grooves in it which is hard to see from a photo all food wants to stick to it. When using a razor blade it still does not work to clean because of the grooves. I suggest buying a different brand.

I have had this range for only 2 years after the 1st month all the left surface elements stopped working after resetting the range it went away now ofter the warranty out they stopped completely it seems the over the vent and under the switches and burns them out
